Redefined Marketing for the Company

As the first in-house Marketer for the company, I established:

  • Email marketing
  • Social Media accounts + corporate Social Media policy
  • Budgets
  • Digital marketing (Google + Social Media)

Additionally I upgraded processes for:

  • Advertising
  • Customer Newsletters

Rebranded the Company (twice)

  • Rebranded in 2015 to modernize the company
  • Rebranded in 2020 to redefine the company as a SaaS technology company with four brands (divisions) that fulfilled numerous needs within the automotive software space

Redesigned Industry Events

  • Created RFPs and selected trade show booth company partners (3 instances due to growth)
  • Facilitated the entire trade show exhibiting process for the company (planning | pre-show marketing | design | attendee experience | execution | tear-down | attendee follow-up)
  • Structured company policy and handbook; established emergency contact procedures
  • Refocused the event to be a customer experience
  • Taught the sales team how to generate interest and secure visitors to the booth
  • Created and reconciled the company budget for events annually
  • Created and executed Customer Conferences (2014 - 2015)
  • Managed quarterly CEO webcasts and product + partner solution presentations

Remodeled Company Websites (+ reduced expenses by bringing them in-house)

  • Updated company websites in 2017 and brought them in-house, reducing over $30k in annual expenses and allowing for greater flexibility in change
  • Added a corporate website that focused on Investor Relations in 2018 as the company continued to acquire additional companies
  • Revolutionized the company website structure in 2020 by standardizing the experience for all 5 company websites (company + four brands)

Influenced the Decision to add Salesforce CRM + Pardot marketing Automation

  • Upgraded the accountability for marketing + sales by adding an outsourced customer relationship management (CRM) tool (Salesforce) 
  • Added functionality for marketing automation through Pardot
  • Gained Salesforce and Pardot administrator skills 

COVID - 19 Response Team

As an integral part of the company's Covid-19 response team, I:

  • Managed all customer communication
  • Designed the portal
  • Created + facilitated the company's forum for customers during the first few months of the Covid-19 shutdown (departmental sessions with tips that encouraged questions + interactions from customers)
  • Designed  + facilitated the company's first video cast with a cross-functional team
